Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: October 2025

These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) govern your use of the 1Source International website, payment portal, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

1Source International grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your own business or personal payment purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. All payments are processed through Authorize.Net. We validate invoice numbers using QuickBooks Online to ensure payment accuracy.

3. Account and Invoices

You are responsible for providing accurate invoice and account information when submitting payments. Payment submission does not guarantee satisfaction of an invoice until verified and posted in QuickBooks.

4. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including design, source code, and related documentation, remain the property of 1Source International or its licensors.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1Source International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Authorize.Net and QuickBooks Online. Their respective terms of service govern your use of those platforms, and 1Source International is not responsible for their systems or actions.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of this Agreement or misuse of the Service.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
