Ralph Hawkins has over 25 years experience in the technology sector. His previous responsibilities include Vice- President of Marketing at Voicecom, Inc., followed by serving as Senior -Vice President of Global Partnerships at collaboration leader PGi. While at PGI Ralph grew the Partner Channel to over $100 million dollars in annual revenue. Ralph has consulted with several technology companies including Kabbage and MessagePro. Ralph joined 1Source as President in November 2018 and lives in the Atlanta area.

Landele King

Senior Vice President of Sales Operations

Landele King joined 1Source in 2013 with over 20 years of Marketing and Customer Service Experience. As the Senior Vice President of Sales Operations, she oversees all company revenue. She is a visionary consultant that procures and maintains strong relationships with numerous technology providers to strategically source collaboration solutions. Engages with small to Enterprise sized customers worldwide and advocates on their behalf for the best technology solutions based on their requirements. Focuses on educating the sales team to achieve success with multiple solutions and guides a team of dedicated account managers to establish long-lasting relationship to maintain customer needs.

Mike Padula

SVP of Sales

Mike Padula Jr. has over 25 year of global sales and senior executive management experience in telecommunication and cloud-based services.  As Senior Vice President of Sales, Mr. Padula will be instrumental in driving the sales growth for 1Source International portfolio of solutions for Unified Communications, Networking and Cloud-Based services. Mike is recognized for his strong leadership abilities, executive relationship skills and delivering revenue growth in excess of $500M globally. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of global field sales for PGi; followed by serving as the Senior Vice President of Sales for Presidio Network Services Group. Mike also worked for Level 3 Communication as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Business Markets Group and Senior Vice President of Wholesale Markets Group, P&L accountability for $350M and $1 Billion respectively.
